Deborah A. (Strehle) Mangiamele

A former competitive runner and two-time Hawaii Ironman Triathlon finisher, Deborah spent more than 20 years as a fitness professional. She owned a fitness consulting business in Little Rock, Arkansas, working with hundreds of individuals and several corporations helping clients achieve their fitness goals, to include (her claim to fame) Hillary Rodham Clinton. Deborah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas, (William Allen White School of Journalism) and subsequent fitness certifications at the Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas, Texas. Currently, she is a freelance writer and newsletter editor residing in Pittsford, New York, with her husband and two sons.
