Hi! Thanks for making this instructions available. I find it really useful. I have a small problem. After I had created my own bibliography style and copy it to: C:Program FilesMiKTeX 2.6bibtexbst , and then run texhash, the Microsoft word couldn’t find style file which I had created with tex makebst.
